Cathy's passion is returning people to their best possible function by diagnosing injury & biomechanical anomalies.
Having worked within the NHS, Rugby clubs, County Cricket and Gym environments, Cathy is experienced in a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Amy has worked with a range of adults and children and has a passion for injury prevention and recovery.
Having worked in big commercial gyms and small independent facilities, it wasn't until Cathy and Amy joined forces that they realised their niche in working together to cover all aspects of rehabilitation. They are very proud of their facility and the team they have working for them.
Lloyd is a very experienced musculo-skeletal physiotherapist with a specialism in Paediatrics (Infants, children and adolescents), as well as having a Masters Degree in Strength & Conditioning.
He is fantastic at treating and rehabilitating those painful or injured young bodies, whether growth, postural or sports related.
Jasper qualified from the University of Utrecht( The Netherlands) in 1987.
He gained experience in the private sector as well as amateur and professional football teams before coming over to the UK in 1990. He worked for many years In The NHS before moving back to the Private Sector
Jaspers scope of expertise is, musculo-skeletal injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, neurology & lower limb biomechanics
Canadian born Catherine qualified from the University of Queensland in 2016. Catherine has practiced in both rural and urban based clinics with children and adults across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and most recently in England. She values communication and education in her physiotherapy as well as an exercise program that can become a part of everyday routine.
Through her work over the past few years, Catherine has developed special interests in paediatrics, and pelvic health for children and adults. She has experience working with gender non-conforming youth and adults, and, can help with a variety of pelvic health conditions including urinary or fecal incontinence, bed wetting, constipation, pregnancy and postpartum care, pelvic surgery such as gender-affirming surgeries and more.
Recently Catherine has finished a course on Gender-Affirming Primary Care and has previously taken two levels of paediatric pelvic health, pregnancy rehabilitation, c section management, pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain and other general pelvic health courses.
Outside of work, Catherine loves to do yoga, run, travel and spend time in the mountains when she visits home in Canada!
Aimee qualified as a PT in 2011 with a Level 3 Diploma from Premier International.

Liz is passionate about helping her clients improve their strength, strength and quality of life whether through general strength and fitness training, exercise rehab or injury rehab. In addition to being a qualified personal trainer, Liz is a BACPR (British Association of Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation) Phase IV exercise instructor and exercise referral PT. She is experienced in working with clients impacted by a wide range of conditions including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, muscular-skeletal issues, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves most things active including road cycling, mountain biking, working out and skiing.
Beatrice is an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist (ACMT, Level 5), qualified with Jing Advanced Massage Training. She uses a combination of techniques including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage and Advanced Sports Stretching. She is also an experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) with over 400 hours of training – including Hatha and Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pre and Postnatal, Back Care Meditation and Pranayama. She has been working as a yoga teacher full-time since January 2019. She is currently completing her 500 hours, with only 50 left to finish, specialising in Yin Yoga and a therapeutic approach to Yoga. Beatrice came to yoga after years of competitive skiing as she needed something to relieve back pain due to scoliosis and various injuries. Yoga helped her find mindful, controlled movement and the attention to the breath which relieved her stress and decreased her pain. Her passion for anatomy and helping people relieve pain and anxiety has influenced her decision to become a Clinical Massage Therapist.

Sports Massage helps reduce muscle tension and muscular pain. Deep tissue techniques aids recovery and performance, & helps reduce injuries
