Loren Leaver - Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist

I've always been a big football fan and fitness lover. My decision to retrain came from helping a mate's Saturday league football team out years back as match day first aid, where my interest in injury prevention, management and rehabilitation was born.  So I studied sports massage and shortly followed by personal training.

Continually setting myself new challenges,  I always find myself studying new courses, methods and techniques to improve my range of services to my clients as both a sports massage therapist and personal trainer.
