What do you charge?
For physiotherapy our charges can vary due to the appointment type or if a specialism is involved.

Can I book online?
We are currently working on an online booking option, which we hope will be available soon for some appointments.
Are we recognised by Private Medical Insurance companies?
We are recognised by many Private Medical Insurance companies, private medical providers and several referral companies.
We are registered with all of the major insurers so treatments can be covered by your policy. This includes WPA, BUPA, AXA PPP, AVIVA and Vitality.
We are also always happy to speak to any company with whom we do not currently have agreements.
All medical policies and plans differ and we are happy to talk you through what is needed, but it is always best to give us a call before you have a first appointment to ensure that you obtain all of the information that is needed.
Do I need a referral from a GP to book treatment?
No – we run a self referral policy, so it is not necessary to have a doctors referral to book with us. Simply call us, tell us your challenges and we will work with you to find a time or day that best suits you.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Nothing specific but if you have seen another practitioner and have any test results, xrays, scan results or anything else that you feel may be useful we are always happy to receive it. You can always email that to us or bring to your appointment.
Additionally, you will be asked if you take any regular medication so it may be useful to bring a list of those, if appropriate.
Is there parking available?
We have a small forecourt for our clients parking, which is at the left of the garage. Please do not park in front of the garage as access is required at all times.
On the very rare occasion where this is no parking there is plenty of on road parking as we are in a quiet residential area where there are no parking restrictions or charges. (but please respect our neighbours and do not cross their drives)
Can I leave my bike in a safe space?
You can bring your bike to the clinic entrance as we have a safe area behind the garage where bikes can be locked up.
What should I wear?
Please just wear what you are comfortable in. All physiotherapy and massage appointments take place in private rooms so if you are required to remove items of clothing for a full and thorough assessment and treatment, we use towels to cover you for discretion.
For Personal training please wear clothes appropriate to exercise and to move in.
Trainers/gym shoes are recommended.
Do you have disabled access?
There is a slope with hand rails which takes you up the clinic reception door where there is a small step over the door frame. The remainder of the clinic is level and there are no steps.
If you have more complex requirements to get to us please contact us and we will do what we can to help.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a fully accessible toilet.
Do you offer home visits?
We are very pleased to have a domiciliary service and 2 of our physiotherapists offer this as an option; Jeanette who has been working in the community for many years and Jo who offers specialist physio for oncology and neuro patients.
Do you treat children?
Yes – another specialist physiotherapist, Lloyd, is based at our clinic, and has been with us for many years. He offers appointments from babies to adolescents and his appointments are a little later in the afternoon and early evening therefore being available after school time.
Do you offer any other specialists?
We are delighted to have 2 other, very well qualified and experienced physiotherapists in their fields.
Nadine Ranger, who offers pelvic health physio, covering a range of conditions for both males and females.; and Jo Wade, whose specialty is in the oncology and neurological fields. Jo works at the clinic but it equally happy to see you in your own surroundings offering home visits.
Are you Goring Physio?
No but following the retirement of Caroline Fritche and Sandy Lewis, we were honoured to have been asked to look at their patients so their phone has been redirected to us.
Can I have a chaperone during my session?
Yes, you are always welcome to bring another person with you to sit in at your session with us.
What should I do if I have symptoms of Covid 19?
As we treat vulnerable people, we would appreciate it if you would test before you come in to see us but if this is not possible please wear a mask to your appointment.
Alternatively, we are happy to move an appointment if that is better for you.
We are equally happy to wear a mask if you need us to – please just ask.
Still have a question?
