Our Physiotherapists
Cathy trained at the Royal London Hospital/ University of East London and qualified in 1993.
After her NHS years, she worked within rugby, county cricket and gym environments, before starting her own Practice in 2007.
Outside of work Cathy loves, spending time with her family, long walks with her Dog, completing off-road Trail events, generally keeping fit, and socialising with her friends.
“After trying several different Physios to help recover from a back injury (and few other injuries), I finally found Cathy at Core Physio Fitness. For the first time, I felt properly listened to. With Cathy’s support and expertise, I have my confidence back and a hugely improved core strength, which will help protect my back. I couldn’t recommend Core Physio Fitness enough.”

New Zealand born & Dutch bred, Jasper qualified from the University of Utrecht in 1987.
He gained experience in the private sector as well as amateur and professional football teams before coming over to the UK in 1990. He worked for many years in the NHS before moving back to the private sector
Outside of work Jasper enjoys the great outdoors with his family; wining and dining with friends and weekends away in his campervan.
I came to Jasper barely able to walk with the treat of surgery hanging over my head. With his treatment and exercises, along with some life style changes advised I am now able to walk without a knee support and without taking regular pain relief. We have pushed away the surgery threat – I could not be happier.
